I was disgusted with how dirty they must of been so now I see what they looked like new. We bought the house a short time ago and the previous owners must of never had them cleaned.
JC Marble and Stone Care was great and very reasonable priced. I felt we got all we paid for. I live in Menifee and they came all the way here too.

  I recently had Saltillo tile installed on my porch and walk away. It's not a huge area, about 55 ft.². The installer had no experience with Saltillo and grouted the... read more tile before sealing it. The tile absorbed all of the grout, leaving it in terrible shape. Nothing I did helped the chalky haze left behind. We couldn't seal it looking that bad.
I contacted a few companies who turned my business down because the area is so small and not a huge moneymaker.
Juan Carlos scheduled me within a week. He and Anthony showed up this morning and got straight to work. I was impressed at the care taken to preserve the landscaped area around my walkway. After a short 2 1/2 hours, my Saltillo was brought back to life. Anthony did such an amazing job! Thank you

I thought we were going to have to replace the entire countertop, but figured I should call around first to see if it's repairable. It's important to note that the home was going on the market in 6 days (of which 2 were the weekend). So we needed this service done as soon as possible, but no more than 6 days.

I didn't have much luck at first because all the companies that were listed online were either too far/not in the area, or the number listed was not in service, or they never returned my call after I left a message on their voicemail.

One company did eventually return my call and I scheduled an appointment with them for the following day between 2-4pm. I don't live at this property so I told them I needed a one hour notice since i dont live where the work is to be done and will be meeting their technician there, which they said was fine. Well 430pm rolls around and the company calls me saying their technician is late and asked if we could reschedule to the following day, 11-1pm. I was totally OK with this as long as they remember to let me know an hour beforehand so I can meet them there, which I reminded them before we got off the phone.

So the next day 11am arrives, then 12pm, then 1pm and still no word from them. I figured they were late again, which was fine, as long as they remember to call me with an hour notice. So 230 PM rolls around, an hour and a half after the arrival window had expired, and told me that they aren't able to do the job anymore and are pulling out.

WTF?!!!! Not only did they waste my time because I'm sitting around making myself available waiting on them to call me, but they also wasted valuable time that I had to get the work done. For the first 2/6 days I had to get this fixed, I was told they were going to do it so I didn't bother calling anyone else.

Luckily, I did receive one call back from the numerous voicemail messages I had left for different companies. The company that called back was JC Marble & Stone Care. I told them my issue, sent them a picture, and scheduled an appointment for Monday morning at 9am. I also told them that I had been strung along for two days by another company only to have them pull out at the last second. JC Marble assured me that their technician would be there at 9am sharp on Monday morning.

Monday morning rolls around and I arrived to the property at about 915am and to my delight Rogelio from JC Marble was there waiting for me outside. Once inside, I showed him the issue and also asked to be mindful of the recently refinished kitchen sink that was about 3-4 inches away from the damage on the countertop. He and his partner got right to work, covering the sink and other surroundings with tape and plastic sheeting. He told me it would take about 2-3 hours to complete. They were done in 2 hours and I couldn't be happier with the outcome!

Not only did they schedule me right away, but they showed up looking professional and were on time. They cleaned up after themselves and they did an excellent job fixing the etch mark on the granite countertop. I would highly recommend JC Marble!! It was a great experience all around!
